Toolpia is a free collection of everyday web tools. Every one of them runs entirely inside your browser — your files never leave your device.
Search engines are very good at telling you about a task. Ask how to split a PDF and you will get a clear explanation in seconds. What you will not get is a split PDF.
That gap is where Toolpia lives. We build the small, unglamorous tools that actually finish the job — crop a photo to an exact passport specification, pull pages 3 to 7 out of a contract, work out what a loan really costs each month. Tasks that take a minute, that you need once and then forget, and that should not require an account, a subscription, or a download.
This is the part that matters most, so we want to be precise about it.
Most free online tools work by sending your file to a server, processing it there, and sending the result back. That means your contract, your bank statement, your medical scan, or your passport photo sits on someone else's computer — however briefly, and whatever their policy says.
Toolpia does not work that way. Our tools are written in JavaScript that runs on your machine, inside the browser tab you already have open. Nothing is transmitted, nothing is stored, and there is no server to leak.
You can verify this yourself: open any Toolpia tool, load the page, then disconnect from the internet. The tool will keep working. A tool that uploaded your file could not do that.

Several tools are also available in Korean, Japanese, and Thai. We write each guide in the language of the reader rather than machine-translating it, because tax rules, paper sizes, and document conventions differ by country.
Toolpia is supported by advertising. We do not charge for tools, we do not gate features behind a sign-up, and we do not add watermarks to your output. We also do not sell your data — we could not if we wanted to, since your files never reach us.
What we ask in return is that the ads stay visible. That is the whole arrangement, and we would rather say it plainly than pretend the site runs on goodwill. See our Privacy Policy for exactly what our advertising and analytics partners receive.
Toolpia is an independent project — a small operation, not a company with a support department. It is built and maintained by one person who got tired of uploading private documents to strangers' servers to do a thirty-second job.
That means replies may take a few days, but it also means a real person reads every message. If a tool is broken, if a calculation looks wrong, or if there is a tool you keep wishing existed, we want to hear about it.
